Good afternoon ladies & gentlemen,

I am new to this forum and have a problem with one of my working documents in Excel. Twice a week an excel spreadsheet is updated with compressed gas bottle pressures. A technician goes out to the gas bottle storage area and records the pressures. The excel sheet is updated in the pressure fields and the sheet is saved and printed. There have been situations where it would be useful to have the old pressure readings automatically stashed away on another sheet where it can be graphed. I know that the technician could enter in the pressures on our working spreadsheet and then enter them again on another sheet where it is kept as an historical record. I could not get my co-workers to do this every time, therefore it did not work. The previous pressure data is lost every time the sheet is updated. I would like to somehow preserve this data with a date stamp. Any help with this would be awesome and help out a bunch. Thank you for any efforts regarding this problem.
