I have a 7 columns with various criteria and have ranked each of them based on % weights . Subsequently
on the 8th Column (Total Rank) I have added the ranks together. Now, I need to rank them (column 8) if there are tie breakers which I have done using a countif function but I have certain cells which are Zero and I need to ignore these cells while ranking.

Any help please.
