I have attached an example of what I am trying to accomplish. The information contained in the "Inspections" tab needs to be compiled in a list in the "Vendor Info" tab. I have a formula that started to work, but now all of a sudden I have no clue as to what is going on.. This is better explained by looking at the attached sheet. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this thing..
