I have an Excel worksheet where I added formulas with conditional formatting. Those are my checks and balances. When everything matches, the numbers do not show up, only when they don't match up. When I print it in color and the numbers all match, the extra numbers do not show up, which is what I want. My boss prints the spreadsheet in black and white and even though the extra numbers shouldn't show up, they do. How can I correct it so that the extra numbers don't show up when printed in black and white?
Please help. Thanks!

Sorry in waiting so long to upload a sample. Thank you for your time.
I don't see any conditional formatting in your sheet.

I apologize for not clarifying where they were. There is some conditional formatting in J6-J10 and K6-K8.
Do a Print Preview and go to Page Setup... in Sheets tab uncheck Black and White from the Print section....

The black and white option was not checked. Tried checking it and the extra numbers still show up.
I also had to select font colour as white in those 2 columns.

Left the conditional formatting as it was, and changed regular text formatting for those cells to white. Numbers still show up.
Check the attached... does it still print?

The numbers still print. I'm starting to assume that it's a printer problem...
It probably is, because I don't see the "hidden" numbers. But I did see them at first....

Thank you for your time and making sure it wasn't an Excel problem itself.
