I WAS ABLE TO CREATE A DROPDOWN BOX FOR PART# IN OUR INVENTORY. WHAT I'M TRYING TO ACHIEVE IS AFTER CHOOSING THE PART# I WOULD LIKE FOR THE DISTRIBUTOR NAME AND THE COST PER EACH ITEM TO AUTOFILL AFTER CHOOSING THE PART#. I HOPE I MADE SENSE, AND HOPE SOMEONE COULD HELP ME
I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF MY SPREADSHEET IF IT HELPS ANYONE TO HELP ME OUT...LOLPARTS#.xlsx
That's simply done using VLOOKUP, see the example here
You don't appear to have a column for supplier
You don't need to type questions in Upper Case
Hope that helps.

I'm sorry I didn't mean to write in all Upper case, from my spreadsheet i have attached is there anyway you could provide me with example; i'm not to experience with excel and I really didn't understand the instructions on how to use a VLOOKUP
As I said before there is no column for Supplier.
You have a ComboBox on one sheet, and Data Validation lits on the other. Which do you want to use?
Hope that helps.

you are correct there is no column for supplier, i was just told we don't need to add this to the spreadsheet. I was playing around with the sheet, i need to use the data validation list, the combo box will be deleted.
