    Need help.

    til net.xls

    It's like this:

My boss has to have 4 MBM's with his employees.. He wants it to be like this:

    Date / MBM / Date / MBM / MBM's In total / Missing MBM's

    x/x / 2 / x/x / 1 / 3 / 1

    x/x / 2 / x/x / 2 / 4 / 0

But I don't know how to make it? :/ And he wants the "Missing MBM's" to be red if there is anyone missing.....

I would be so happy if anyone could please help me? I'm lost![/LEFT]

In the MBM's in total column(E2) put this formula -
     =b2+d2
In the Missing MBMs column (F2), put this formula -
     = 4-E2
    Cheers,
    Arlette

Okay thank you! But how do I then, in the missing column get it to just be 0 instead of fx -7? And if they are more than 0, how do I get it to be red?
