I using 2007. i have 4 columns and 1000 rows.
every cell has an insert coment box in use on my sheet.I
I have woring on this sheet trying to complete for over a year in spare time.
I worked great until recently i went to edit a insert comment ant the coment arrow
line went down about 30 rows from where it should be and was always where it should be.
As I checked when you place your cursor over a cell it shows comment box beside it as it should.
but if you try to edit comment it will be down about 30 rows and you have to move it back up
manually. Dont know how this happened but need a fix other than manually move each one manually.
