Hi guys, new to the forums, and I'm looking to see if I can get help with an idea i have. trying to see if it can be possible to do without macros, but not sure. everything I know about excel is self taught, and I'm kinda over my head when it comes to what I'm asking for :D
So I have the first worksheet that i'm looking to have a simple box asking for information basically having that automatically inserted into the second worksheet where i have the majority of the work being done. I have all the formulas down for the second sheet, just looking to transfer data from first when i input information such as talk time, was a sale earned, was an appointment scheduled. The first sheet is basically setup for averaging out the talk time, percent of sales going, and percent of scheduled appointments to sales. I need the yellow boxes on the first worksheet to auto fill the second worksheet in numerical order.

Without VBA you could make sure that the calls are numbered as on sheet 2 then use VLOOKUP
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the quick reply. yeah i guess what i was hoping for isnt going to work without macros. i have no idea how to build a macro, and have no idea what they do for the most part. all i know is that i can figure out the formulas in excel pretty good, although it took me all of like 7 months to finally figure out what i wanted with the =counta formula lol.
Anyway, so is there a nice little macro anyone can help me with to see if i can get it working in that manner? I appreciate all the help :D
Look at the Contacts Form example here
Hope that helps.
