    Can't Move or Copy Sheets

    I have a workbook in which I can't move or copy any of the sheets. Nothing is protected and the file is not read-only. I've tried all the other fixes on this forum including running a couple of macros, but nothing has worked. Any other ideas?

    Are you 100% sure that the workbook is not protected for structure?
