I use Excel to record my daily takings from my taxi.
I manually add a formula to total each weeks takings and bold the entry to make it easier for me to refer to.
I'd like help with a formula to add each of the bold entries only so that I can get quarterly totals which I can extract for my BAS statement.

You can use sumif function which would sum the entries against which you have "Total" written.

Try this. As you can see, as you track the data, you could develop reports that show bookings by day to see what the good days are vs slow days. If this was helpful, please click on the star below the thread.
