I am trying to find a formula the looks up 2 parameter (one is a range) and returns the value. I just cant seem to get it to work.

    I have attached my sample.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

the Vlookup references are gone in the attachment (#ref indicates missing table). what exactly are you looking up from?

    =INDEX(Av!B10:CT134, MATCH(C3,Av!A10:A134,1),MATCH(C7,Av!A1:CT1,0))

I think is what you want.
    Good luck.

    Try this in B14:
    =INDEX(Av!B10:CT134, MATCH(C3,Av!A10:A134),MATCH(C7,Av!A1:CU1,0))
