Hello, i am using Excel 2008 for mac and everytime i open up a certain file ( that has no outside links) it asks me to Edit update or ignore links, if i click edit i can't break the link even though i clicked to break, and i can't change or edit it as it keeps going back to the same link. I have access to every file so its not a permission thing. Then if i take that same file and open it on a PC no pop ups open when it starts. It works as it should. It is only on a mac that the file ask for macros and to update links. I know for a fact that there is no outside links in this file. Any ideas?
Is the file confidential or can you post it (censoring the info if needed)?
