charting this report

hi guys, i would like to draw a graph based on this data:

i want a linear graph which goes up and down for each row,
in the column F for the signal V is a down, for the signal A is an up
the K column is the amount of the up or down
as you know the data starts from row 506 and i can't change the order of the row, i want to add the amount of K when they have the same sign on F column and the same name on D column and are made in the same day.

can u give me some advice on how to do that pls?

the istagram w the up and down and 2 moving average, 1 for the row with the same name but different + o -, and one line that sum the moving average

can anybody help me pls?
