Display Pivot Table with multiple consolidation ranges

    Hi,

What I am trying to do is use the data from each months tab and create a pivot table showing the totals for each month in the Totals tab.

I would like to display the Categories down the left and one month per column across the top. The idea is then to create a line chart for each catergory so I can visualise how we are tracking as the year progresses.

I have worked out how to put the data into one pivot table but can't get it to display the way I would like it to.

    Could anyone help please?

    Thanks

With a macro to consolidate all data in 1 sheet.

After that a pivot table (or pivot graph).

    See the attached file.

    Hi Oeldere,

Thanks so much for your assistance. Also thanks to AB33. Very much appreciated.

That's exactly what I wanted. I didn't realise I would have to put all the data on one sheet first.

When I ran the macro after adding more data to 'Nov' as a test it included the Pivot Table data and Lists data on the 'Consolidated' Tab.

I'm not pretending I really know what I'm doing but went through the code I found this line

I assume this is the line that says ignore these tabs in consolidation, so I changed to

    Works perfectly.

Once again, thank-you so much for your assistance.

    Cheers

You are correct, that is what that line does; ignore those tabs in the consolidation.

You're welcome. We appreciate the feedback!
