    I'm a tennis coach at a high school so keeping track of records is one of my seasonal tasks. I made up a sample of what my record book looks typically looks like. If you take a look at image 01, I have the school that was played, name of my player, the position they played, the match score, and if they won or lost. I would like to take this data, which shows a team record , and have it split up into individual player records (image 02) instead of having to type out the information twice. So as I fill in the the team records, it will automatically fill in the boxes on another sheets for each player. Is there an easy way to do this? If you have a YouTube video or know of something on this forum that already has a similar problem solved by all means please send it my way instead of typing it out. I pretty good knowledge of Excel, but this is something I have not been able to figure out. Thank you.

    Can't access images at work; plus, it's easier to work with sample data within a workbook. Could you upload a sample workbook that omits sensitive data, and also shows not only how your data is laid out, but how you would like it to look?

    A sample spreadsheet has been attached. It's the same as the pictures, but I added a comment in the Gaby spreadsheet tab that can be removed.

    See attached. Note that because of how your data is setup (separate worksheets for each school), you will need to enter the school that you wish to see data for within the "Head to Head" field (column A) for each player sheet.

    An easier way could be to have a single master spreadsheet where opponent name, player position, score, and W/L is entered...that could be filtered more easily to the various player sheets without VBA.

    Thanks a ton! I might make up some more data and try the other method. Again, I may need some help with that, but I think I see where you are going and that would greatly reduce the number of sheets.

    Ok, so I have attached an example where the data is placed in one sheet instead of multiple sheets. Was this the way you were envisioning the data would look like in your suggestion, mcmahobt?
