Variable width of Bar Chart

Hi,

I was wondering if I could get some help on setting up a chart.

I essentially want to plot a Blood Pressure chart (With all the different colour gradients):

(I am assuming we need a bar chart with the specified Width and height- wants these to be variable so that the chart auto populates)

I would then want to place a point on these bar charts, to specify someones blood pressure.

Any help will be appreciated
