How about this! Just needed to change your layout a little.

Could you please follow the forum rules and give us a descriptive title such as, "How to create a stacked column chart". At the bottom of the thread you should have an edit button and after clicking on it you should be able to change the title.

Thanks, looks as I wanted, but is it possible to draw this chart without changing layout? Because every time I would get that data, I will have to change layout.

You need to prepare your data for charting. You cannot use arbitrary columns in a big table to serve as the data source for a chart if they don't display as contiguous ranges.

Therefore, you may need to construct helper tables that serve as the data source for the chart.

The data table in your attached file is not suitable for any kind of charting. The data will need to be re-arranged into a helper table that is used as the chart source.

The use of merged cells is detrimental to creating a formula that can identify the required data cell.

See attached for two data tables that dynamically create a chart source for the min and the % range.

It works, but I'd strongly advise to re-think your data structure if you want to retain flexibility of charting.

    regards,

Yes it is possible and for some reason yesterday when I tried with your layout I wasn't getting the right results. I tried again today and no problem.

    With your current layout:

Select A2:B6. Next press Ctrl and select D2:D6, then F2:F6 etc., until you finish with J2:J6.

You might want to replace the "min" with the number 1, 2, 3 etc.

    Next, Insert >> Column >> 100% stacked

Right click on each series >> Add Data Labels

Right click on the Data Label >> Format Data Labels

Under the Label Options tab >> Label Contains >> Uncheck Value >> Check Series Name

    Does this help?
