paired bar chart displaying difference as the data label

Hello - file attached with data and a bar chart comparing 2 values for a given program paired together.

Any idea how I’d have that same bar chart display the “% Difference” as a label over each pair of bars? I have "% difference" in column D, but the chart currently only pulls columns A,B,& C.

Any advice or solutions are greatly appreciated!

Hi Rlowrance,

I would recommend a few things. One, don't use 3D charts as they can mislead the reader and what if the series behind the front one was lower? You wouldn't know. Also, 3D charts have less functionality included in Excel.
