Hi,
I have graph with radius on x-axis and the z distance on the y axis. I am
plotting the location of the centre of atoms. Can I plot the atoms as
bubbles. How can I make sure if the radius of a particular atom is 1.85 then
a bubble of radius of 1.85 appears in the graph
z_outer r_outer radius of atom
-47.59 21.01089996 1.85
-46.9625 20.66545473 1.2
Thanks,
Anshu
