Why dosn't my pointer change to a double-headed arrow to drag?

I'm trying to resize the labels sizes of a chart diagram, but the small text
box dos'nt fit the text and it looks bad with the text, so I want to resize
this box and make it bigger to fit the text. I can only move the box, but not
resize it, the two headed arrow dos'nt appear!!! Why is this? Please help me
    if you can.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

The label and titles within a chart are not true textboxes are can not
    be resized only positioned.
If you need more control on their appearance you will have to use true
textboxes and embed them within the chart.

    Cheers
