How do I add a tertiary Y axis in excel?

I currently have Excel 2002 SP3. Is it possible?

I found that. I was hoping for an easier way since I will be doing quite a
few of these.

With a little practice, this isn't hard. I can construct these in only a
few minutes each, including highly customized scales not possible evein
in Excel's primary or secondary axes.
