Hello again,
I've written a spreadsheet that requests the user to enter the dates and securities he or she wants to chart. It then creates a table with that starting date and the values for those securities. I want to use that table to create a chart, but my problem is that the data size is variable.
So it would be great if I could tell the chart to just use the values that filled instead of a static number of cells. Of if I could tell it to just use the values from (start date) to (end date). Because sometimes the user will want a 1 year chart, and sometimes a 30 year chart. Any ideas??

Hi,
One way to do this would be to use dynamic named ranges for the data source.
You will find more information here,
