I'm trying to chart a bar graph to show the average responses of some survey data of two groups.
The bar values are 4.2 and 3.8
When I create the bar graph, the lowest value on the Y axis shows 3.5.
How do I make the Y axis start at 0 to portray the entire scale?
Thanks for the advice.

Hi,
Double click the y axis and on the scale tab of the format dialog
uncheck the Auto scale Minimum value and enter the value of zero.
Cheers
