    referencing cell content from charts

    Hi,

In a worksheet cell I have a text that can change from time to time (eg. I overwrite it).
I have a chart that has a title. Is it possible that the title will show the text taken from the worksheet cell?
In the same way, from a text box in a chart can I refer to the content of a cell?

In any way, how can I put a content of a worksheet cell onto a specific position of a chart?

I don't exactly mean labelling data points (thanks I found it in the forum).

    Hi Szevasztok,

If you select your title on the chart, wipe through the text, then go into the formula bar and put =, then select the cell on the worksheet with your text in. This will now be displayed in the title box and can be changed at will.

The same go for a text box, go to View > Toolbars and select Drawing

Select the text box and do the same as before.

Hope this is what you are looking for?
