When I click on any chart in excel I can see a formula (=SERIES(..)) in the formula bar. But when I try to generate charts using the same formula in another sheet (with same data) it gives an error. How to do that ?

Hi,

when you click on a data series you see '=Series'
not when you click on a chart.

You can generate a chart using VBA code, but not by formula.
