Thread: Background Colors Based on Values

Is there a way in excel that I would be able to put different colors in the background of a chart so that is would show based on the number range on the y-axis?

Example:

0-5: Background of data is red
6-10: Background of data is yellow
11+: Background of data is green

It doesn't seem to be a very difficult thing to do, but for the life of me, I can't figure it out.
Please help!
