I'm trying to make a cell duplicate a link that is stored in another cell, however only the text is duplicated: anyone can send me in the good direction? Is there anyway to duplicate the formula by referencing to a cell?

I have this piece of code (sorry, I'm using French Excel) and whenever I try to click the link that I made, an "Unable to open specified file" error message pops up.
My file name is FICHES_ENTREPOT, the folder within the file which I want to refer to is named CATALOGUE RECOMMANDÉ and the cell is E15.
Yet again, anyone knows where might be the light in this tunnel? I thought it might be a security problem, however I can make links to websites (such as google.com)
