chart with multiple columns and lines

I am having trouble creating a chart that shows data in column form with an upper limit line and a lower limit line. Specifically, I am trying to record cholesterol levels (columns) over time with an upper limit (y=199) and a lower Limit (y=100) shown as lines across the chart. How do I develop such a chart? Thanks!

Chart with Multiple Columns and lines

Thanks for the suggestion. I want to chart my cholesterol level reported on the lab results each time I have a blood test. The cholesterol level for each date would be represented by a column on the chart with the height equal to the cholesterol value. On the same chart I want to place two lines across the chart, one for the lower limit of acceptability (100) and another line representing the upper limit of acceptability (199). If any of the columns fall below the lower limit or if any of the columns exceed the upper limt, then I can readily see where the cholesterol level is outside of the doctor's recommeded limits. Does this help clarify my intent for the chart?

    Thanks

    Tom
