Using an excel pivot I'm making a table of our suppliers and the amount that we have spent with each of them last year.
We have >500 suppliers and 25 account for 80% of spend. In my pivottable I only want to display the top 25 and then have a single entry called "Others" that shows the sum for the rest of the suppliers.
Is this possible?
I'm using Excel 2007.

You could sort them in the pivot table in descending order, mouse-select the Suppliers not in the top 25, right-click and select "Grouping".
