Fixing a value at a specific point on axis

I am having trouble fixing a specific value at a specific point on an axis. Is there anyway that I can fix this value (ie 2cm from 0 point) and then have everything past that point as variable or set to a specific major points without setting a maximum?

charting does not work with measuresments.

What exactly are you trying to do or prevent?

This is off the back of the other one you a responding to for me. I am trying to lock the value of $5,000 on a specific part of the graph. As the quadrants are broken up but with the axis crossing at zero and the quadrant 1 as $5k, $5K and then the others anything outside of that.

If I can actually just assign quadrants, that will suffice.

You could use some extra data series to plot the quadrents.

You will need to fix the min/max scale values otherwise you quadrents will never reach the edge of the plot area.

You can also use additional series to plot the directional arrows.
