Need better visual
I've got a list of bus routes (35 in all). Using Excel 2007 I average the ridership of each route together to come up with Riders Per Revenue Hour. Then I take the system average number and plot each route separately against that number. I've got four groups, one that is above the system average, one that is above at least 75% of that number, one that's 50% and one that is below the 50% mark. I present this at a county board meeting each month using PowerPoint. I need to figure out the best way to present this, in a chart? or maybe just data bars. I was even thinking of top/bottom ranking, but need to use the averages. This is what the data looks like in two columns. Thanks
Route Revenue Hr. 1 32.81 2 24.01 3 29.13 4 19.04 5 11.78 10 15.59 20 14.26 21 22.51 30 40.04 31 36.05 33 25.28 40 13.06 System overall Average 23.63 75% of Avg 17.72 50% of Avg 11.82 Ideas for the best way to present the data? I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. ![]() Scarames |
