In order to create 2 yaxis you require a minimum of 2 data series.
1 of the data series can then be placed on the secondary value axis, which will then allow you to display values for that axis.

Note that both series do not need to be displayed. One series can be formatted to have no line or markers.

Same value on both y axis

Andy, I have tried to place the same values on both y axis, I think i have been fairly sucessful, but only thing is that sometimes the values or labels are not in syng with the grid lines aligned with the primary axis.

Method:
1. right click on the data series in the chart.
2.click on format data series.
3.click on axis tab.
4.choose secondary axis.
5.format axis as you have formatted the primay axis.

If you can give me solution as to how to correct the out of sync, it should be of help.

I am attaching one of the charts as an example.

thanks,
Ramaswamy.

The gridlines in your example appear to be in sync.
How do you make them appear out of sync?

Why not base both series on the same data set?
