Thread: Another Interactive Charting Question

I apologize if this has been covered before but I couldn't seem to find this with the search button.

I have a spreadsheet I use that has a 3 year sales history by month on it which is represented in a chart. Is there a way to be able to grab a bar in the graph and move it either up or down and have the cell referece change accordingly?

I attached a simple sample for reference.
