    How do I write a title and x,y?

    In Excel 2007 how do I write a title block. Also how do I write something on the x axis and something else on the y axis to show what the numbers represent...???

    Please help me!!!

    Select chart.
    Chart Tools > Layout > Labels.

    You can do Title and Axis titles via the appropriate button/dropdown

    Still confused about labeling

    I'm still confused...I can not find labeling as an option within excel

    Design, or is it Gina? Anyway..

    Look at the attached image. Once you click on your chart, you should see a 'Chart Options' menu at the top of your Excel window, with three options shown below it (Design, Layout, Format).

    Select Layout, then to the lower left of that you'll see a section in the ribbon called Labels. In that section, click Chart Title and then select an option (or choose More Title Options to customize). Then click Axis Titles and select the options for your Primary Vertical and Primary Horizontal titles.

    That should do it.
