Hello, I would like to make a chart like the one in the attached picture.
Ideally, I'd like to have a table setup like this:
Title | Start | Stop
Freq Range One | 5 | 25
Freq Range Two | 55 | 100
Freq Range Three | 15 | 85
Does anyone know how to do this?

What you need is the difference between the start and the end not the total of the end. see my amened attachment.

yes you want to show between 5 and 25 which is 20 not the 25.
i have attached a version in .xls format for you.
You could use a overlapped clustered column to get same chart if you do not want to recalculate end points.
Change series order so start overlaps Stop.
Format start series to match plot area.
