I have set up a spread sheet for chemical analysis. We are adding information to the columns daily. Is there a way to have only the last 10 entries in the column graphed (with out reselecting the data)?

You can create a named range.
For example, if your data in in column A, starting in A1,
press CTRL and F3 to create a named range, for example "data" with this formula
=OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,COUNT(Sheet1!$A:$A)-1,0,-10,1)
and use that named range in the graph data box (where it asks for the range of values)
=Sheet1!data
