Thread: Charts not working in Excel 2007

Hi,

I have a workbook where I have spreadsheet data and a few charts linked to that data. I would like to change the data that is displayed in the chart and in the past have been able to left click on the chart to change source data. However, since yesterday nothing happens when I click on the chart (right or left) and all of the menu options are greyed out. Also, in the spreadsheets I am unable to create a new chart.

I don't have anything protected, so I don't know why I can't edit my charts/create new ones. Any ideas of how I can fix this problem??

Not sure exactly what it was, but I seemed to have fixed the issue by copying and pasting the whole book into a new file.
