Align labels on a bar chart

I have been aked this question by a colleague on chart labels and I don't have a scoobies as to how you do this:

Sound like you, er I mean your colleague, is using a stacked bar rather than a clustered bar chart.

So if he uses a clustered bar chart does that mean he'll have that option?

I keep telling him I know nothing about charts and all he asks me about Excel is frigging chart questions!

Alignment options for clustered are
Inside or Outside End
Center
Inside base
