Is there any one know how to label the y axis of the bar graph in integer such as 20k, 30k, 40k instead of displaying 20, 30 and thousands on the side. I do want it specifically as 20k, 30k or 40k. Hope i don't confuse you.

You could format the cells for the y-axis to be 20, 30, 40, etc and just make the label for that axis say "thousands of _______".
Or you could click individually on those y-axis labels and see if you can't manually change them. The problem with having the y-axis say "40k" vs 40000 is that 40k itself is not really a number so it's hard for excel to consider it as such and graph it.
I'm new here though so some of these other guys might be able to help you.
