Filter Data and Plot Bar-Chart

Hey everyone!

I really enjoy this community, I am amazed daily to see how many different problems are solved here!!! I *thought* I was a pretty good Excel user until I came to this place, thanks for helping so many people (including me!) and taking the time to share your knowledge!!

Now it's time for another little problem I cam across and I have not been able to solve it for quite some time.

I will do my best to explain it here and I am attaching a excel file for you guys to visualize the problem.

Basically its a construction activities monitoring and control spreadsheet. Nice name huh? Basically three activities are being monitored, the three of them have the FROM and TO spaces in the worksheet. The first table I have it setup so it calculated everything. However to the right of that main table I have my data table (NO TOCAR heading), and my problem (highlighted with a yellow box). What I am trying to do is the following:

Filter all the data entries in the main table to a similar, though much simpler, table that contains ONLY the to TO and FROM fields from the main one. I would like this to happen automatically when I choose any of the options shown in the "FILTER DATA FROM:" field.

Once the data is filtered comes the plot part, I was thinking something like a bar chart and would have on the X-axis the stations (that's what we call them in civil engineering, which is basically the location from 0 to the end of the construction, in the case shown 739), and on the Y-axis the three activities being monitored.

I did my best to draw my idea with boxes and lines... I couldn't do it in Excel obviously (hence this thread)

Hopefully I explained my self well. I really appreciate any help on this and loook forward to your responses!

Thank you in advance!!
