    chart for a varying amount of years-how to adjust?

    Hey everyone,

    I have two ranges (one is an estimation of property values and the other is the Present value (PV) of them according to the cost of capital). However, the amount of years depends on an if-then statement and can be anywhere from 5 years to 25.

    How can I get my line chart to adjust for this? As of now it has a curve and then drops down to zero and then continues for the cells that are "". I know there is a solution to this as excel wouldn't have such a glaring problem with no solution.

    I would greatly appreciate any help on this.

    Substitute null values with =NA()
