Someone help, please! I have a excel schedule spreadsheet that I want to see if it is possible to use data from cell A (Time in) and Cell B (Time Out). Based out of the data I want to see if it can automatically create a bar by coloring cells that are labeled by the hour?
Example:
Name time in time out 8am 9am 10am 11am 12pm ..........12am
John D. 8:00 11:00 XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
I want the "xxx.." to be a color fill in the excel shade.
Can someone help or is this not possible in Excel?
It's possible using stacked bars and an adjustment to your data.
