    Exclamation Column Chart Omitting Data

I'm attempting to create a Column Chart from a table using Excel 2007 as part of a class Assignment due in a couple of days. For some unknown reason, the chart is only displaying every third figure in the table. If anyone has a hunch or better as to why it is doing this and how I might fix it I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance for any answers!!!

    Re: Column Chart Omitting Data

can you post the workbook, please. That would take a lot of guesswork out of the equation!

Avoid pie charts with more than two data points. Why? See here (pdf, 559 kb). The only acceptable pie chart is here.

    Re: Column Chart Omitting Data

It seems your chart has lot of values on the x-axis. Try and stretch the chart horizontally.
