    Question Converting Tables to Jpeg

    Hi

Currently I have a number of excel files which hold graphs and unrelated tables which I need to convert and send out as Jpegs on a monthly basis. I have found an excellent add in which converts the graphs perfectly and instantly....wonderful, but I still find myself copying and pasting the tables into paint, "copy to" - making bitmaps and reopening to save them as Jpegs in the correct sizes...

I have looked at linking to powerpoint and saving the slides as jpegs but then the tables don't fit to the slides correctly and the results looks dreadful... with my excel "guru" boss away on the sick (if you're reading...get yr self better and get yr butt back in pronto!!!) I am under pressure to get these reports in by next week... and then again in 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks....grrrr...

If the tables are always made from the same cells on the same worksheets and only the data changes, I am wondering whether I could use a macro or vba to make a huge shortcut per workbook... does anybody know of anything that may be suitable?

    Hi,

maybe you can use the Camera Tool. It's a bit hidden in Excel 2003, but you can google about its use.

What addin do you use to export the charts, can it not handle ranges as well.
My one can, if you select the range before opening the dialog.
