Thread: Scatterplot Labels

Hello. I have the following chart data (see image links below). I want to make a chart that displays like the chart below. However, I would like the corresponding "TEAM" name to be displayed next to the Y VALUE points (the actual points on the graph). While I can get each point to display it's coordinates, I can't figure out how to get the "TEAM" name next to those points. Can it be done on a scatterplot? Can it be done at all?

Do I need to use a different kind of chart? Thanks for your help.
