Thread: [Solved] Titles in a Chart

I know this is basic, but I'm hitting a wall on this one.

I've created an excel chart using a pivot table. The chart resides on a seperate tab and what I'm needing to do is add a title to the chart that references a cell within the pivot table.

As I change the pivot table data, it will properly reflect the correct title on the Chart.

not sure if this works with pivot tables but
click to select the Chart Title, click in the formula bar at top
then select the cell containing the text you want
