please take a moment to read the forum rules and then change your thread title to something more meaningful. With your tenure you should know better!

At Excelforum, you can say "Thank you!" by clicking theicon below the post.
Avoid pie charts with more than two data points. Why? See here (pdf, 559 kb). The only acceptable pie chart is here.
So what information did you want your 'nice' chart to impart?
hi Arnab,
"A nice chart" is not very definitive. Charts are visual representations of the data which can be used to identify trends etc. To identify what chart type/layout is suitable you need to understand & to explain to us what you are attempting/need to show in your final chart. Can you please provide more detail?
To help you get ideas of what is possible, I suggest you:
- search for posts by "Andy Pope" in ExcelForum's forums. (Edit: when refreshing the screen after posting I see that Andy's already found the thread!)
- have a surf through some of Jon Peltier's examples http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/
- try to create a chart & if you still can't make what you want, then add the details in a new post to this thread.
Also, it may be wise to ask a Mod (there's a link on the Rules page) to move this thread from the "General" forum into the "Charting" forum http://www.excelforum.com/excel-charting/.
