    3D chart

    Hello,

I'm wondering how to change the the depth and spacing of a 3-d chart in 2007. Specifically, I'm trying to change the length of the depth axis (i.e. z-axis).

The MS office online instruction says the following:

    1. Click the 3-D chart that you want to change.
    2. On the Format menu, click Selected Data Series.
    3. On the Options tab, select the depth and width options that you want to use.

The problem is that I wasn't able to locate "Selected Data Series" as well as the "Option tab." Can anyone help with this?

    Thanks.

    Hello keira,

    welcome to the forum.

You won't like this, but do yourself a favour and biff the 3D chart. Do a 2D instead, it will be much more readable for the user.

    cheers

Avoid pie charts with more than two data points. Why? See here (pdf, 559 kb). The only acceptable pie chart is here.

    Re: 3D chart

    Hi telyn,

I wish I could, but I have to present variations in three different variables simultaneously. That's why I need a 3-d rather than a 2D. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Upload a data sample of what you want to show.
