Thread: Creating Line Graph Based On Criteria

Ok, so from the attached file you will be able to see what I'm trying to do.

Basically Tab 2 is a data tab. You will see in Column B I have "Status" this will read either "current" or "old". That is the criteria in question.

So the first thing I want to make a line graph, (X-axis being months &/or quarters of the 2010 year, the Y-axis will be a sum of the dates that fall into the various ranges)

There will be 4 separate lines in this chart, 1 for Installation Dates, 1 for Materials Dates, 1 for Commission Dates, 1 for Verification Dates.

The objective of this graph is to be able to see trends through out the year based on the data, so that I know when to increase or decrease staff and materials. I'm already assuming that if I go through and update dates in the data tab, the chart will adjust accordingly, let me know if this incorrect.
