Hi All,
I have a sheet with a table containing some data for one year. In that two graphs are there. One for the whole year data. The other is for last one month trend. I have to daily upfate the table with yesterdays data... So whenever i expand the table by one row the yearly graph will automatically add one day into the graph. But the monthly one will not do that.
My question is, how to make the monthly graph automatic so that it will take the last 30 days datqa automatically ?
Thank you all
Can you upload example?
"Relax. What is mind? No matter. What is matter? Never mind!"
Attaching a sample sheet,
The sample report contains 3 sheets
Sheet1 with 30 day graph
Sheet 2 with longterm data
Sheet3 with 4 tables
In sheet 1 there are 4 graphs. Graph 1 will take last 30 day data from table1
Graph 2 will take last 30 day data from table2
Graph 3 will take last 30 day data from table3
and Graph 2 will take last 30 day data from table4. The table 4 will be automatically populated from other tables (The column just before the last column in other 3 tables).
the sheet 2 contains the same data as like sheet 1 but for all the days and not last 30 days
in sheet 3 i will daily add a row for the previous day. and will manually fill the data. I will manually add data to the graphs in sheet1 and 2 by 'select data'. My goal is to automate this.
Ie, whenever i add a row in sheet 4 the graphs shouls automatically take data, in sheet 1 the last 30 days data,
and in sheet 2 all the days.
Also note that there is a records section in the right side of the sheet one. In this field i have to get the largest or smallest of the data i am entering in various fields of the tables in sheet 4. In the current scenario what i will do is i will manually comare the data and will fill it up.
Pls help....

Avoid pie charts with more than two data points. Why? See here (pdf, 559 kb). The only acceptable pie chart is here.
